Instructions
PAPER SUBMISSION
Full Paper Submission: Full-papers eligible for regular parallel sessions must be submitted by March 31, 2025. The accepted full papers will be presented in parallel sessions. Final minor revisions are acceptable. A maximum of two papers per person can be submitted but only one paper, if accepted, will be listed for presentation in the parallel sessions. Abstract submission will entitle presenter to participate in the Poster Session only. A maximum of two papers per person can be submitted but only one paper, if accepted, will be listed for presentation in the parallel sessions. The second paper should be presented by a co-author.
– All paper submissions must be in PDF or docx or doc format
– The maximum file size for submissions is 5MB
– The uploaded paper should be a BLIND version (the author(s) must remove explicit indications of the authors’ names and institutions)
– The uploaded paper should be named as: “Paper title”
– A maximum two papers per person can be submitted to the Scientific Committee
– The presentation is limited to one paper per person
– The abstract should be submitted as plain text, with a maximum of 300 words
– The uploaded abstract should be named as: “Corresponding Author Last Name Co-authors last Name_Abstract title”
– The deadline for supplementary material is the same as for papers
– The maximum file size for supplementary material is 5MB

Paper Submission Deadline
– The submission deadline is April 12, 2024 11:59 pm Pacific Time
– There will be absolutely no extensions of the submission deadline
– The author must create a personal CMT account in order to submit a paper
– It is recommended to start registering the paper no later than 30 minutes before the deadline in order to have enough time to fill in all the forms
Paper Acceptance
– If your paper is accepted the Conference Coordinator will inform you by April 14, 2025
